BurnerSOL provides a non-custodial interface for reviewing eligible Solana token accounts and submitting wallet-approved on-chain actions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use BurnerSOL.

When you use BurnerSOL, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

  • public wallet addresses;
  • public on-chain account data, token account data, balances, and transaction signatures;
  • technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs collected through our hosting, RPC, analytics, or security providers;
  • information you voluntarily provide if you contact us for support.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

BurnerSOL does not request, collect, store, or require your seed phrase, private keys, exported keystore files, or other wallet credentials.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we process to:

  • provide wallet scanning and account review features;
  • prepare and verify user-requested on-chain actions;
  • display balances, eligible token accounts, and related product functionality;
  • prevent abuse, fraud, replay attacks, and misuse of the service;
  • maintain, secure, debug, and improve BurnerSOL;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. On-Chain Data

Blockchain data is generally public and may remain publicly accessible on the Solana blockchain. BurnerSOL may access and display public blockchain information necessary to provide the service.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

BurnerSOL relies on third-party infrastructure providers, which may include hosting providers, RPC providers, analytics providers, security providers, and other technical service providers. These providers may process technical metadata in accordance with their own privacy policies.
