Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BurnerSOL. By accessing or using BurnerSOL, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of BurnerSOL is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using BurnerSOL, you represent that you are legally able to accept these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

BurnerSOL provides a non-custodial interface designed to help users review eligible Solana token accounts, close eligible accounts, and recover available SOL rent through wallet-approved on-chain actions.

3. Non-Custodial Nature of the Service

BurnerSOL is a non-custodial product. BurnerSOL does not take custody of user assets, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. All blockchain actions must be authorized directly by the user through the user's own wallet.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• the security of your wallet and devices;
• reviewing transaction details before approving any blockchain action;
• verifying selected accounts, balances, token data, and expected transaction effects;
• complying with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party wallet requirements.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

BurnerSOL does not guarantee that any wallet will contain recoverable accounts, that all accounts will be eligible for closure, or that any estimated SOL recovery will match final on-chain results.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BurnerSOL for unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse of third-party infrastructure, unauthorized access attempts, interference with the service, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that may harm BurnerSOL, its users, or supporting systems.

7. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

BurnerSOL does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

8. Service Availability

BurnerSOL may be modified, updated, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued at any time, including due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party dependencies, network conditions, security concerns, or product changes. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. No Warranty

BurnerSOL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BurnerSOL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of assets, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service, including losses resulting from wallet actions, user error, blockchain conditions, third-party services, inaccurate estimates, downtime, or misunderstanding of on-chain operations.

11. Intellectual Property

The BurnerSOL website, branding, logos, design, text, graphics, and related content are owned by BurnerSOL or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in BurnerSOL or its content.

12. Suspension or Termination

BurnerSOL may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if necessary to protect the service, users, infrastructure, legal compliance, or security.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of BurnerSOL after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
